hello from seattle

I’m Jennifer Evans Beatty, but most of my friends call me Jenn. Born and raised in Southern California sunshine. Currently enjoying the beauty of Seattle overcast and rain.

After graduating from Stanford University with a BA in Human Biology and concentration in Child & Adolescent Development, I enjoyed working as a preschool teacher.  I’ve also had jobs working as a voice over artist, restaurant owner, personal shopper, summer camp counselor, stuffed animal maker, craft show exhibitor, English teacher at a Chinese preschool, and wrangler of two energetic (and amazing!) little boys.

In addition to photography and art, I enjoy numerous side quests.

My background in psychology and my own life experiences with mental health challenges inspired the creation of the brand “Oh So Radical” — a place you can find happy products promoting positivity, radical self-love, and honoring your authentic self. You can find those at ohsoradical.com.

My YouTube channel “jenn in progress” serves as a digital journal where I document my journey and share cinematic reflections on daily life.
